After buying a 10 year old immaculate Qashqui.. within two days it had picked up an annoying dent in the rear door. I found Dent Detail just by chance on Google.. I'm glad I did..!! Graham the owner, responded to my text within minutes.. Within half an hour a very reasonable price was agreed and an appointment booked. Graham contacted me to confirm the appointment the night before and arrived on the dot. A really nice guy and understands that even if it's an older car ....it's your pride and joy and wants it just right for you. Highly recommend Graham! A car park ding left my car with a 15-20cm 'crease' in one of the rear doors, didn't really think too much about it as I figured I'd just get one of the PDR companies to come out and sort it.......only as it has matt paint and is an EV so none would touch it and all suggested a full on body shop! I got Graham's details from a friend, sent him some pics of the damage and he agreed to take it on. Communication with Graham was great and he was very open and honest about what problems the matt paint presented and that, depending on what he found when looking for access, it may not be repairable. I appreciated the honesty and the detail of how he'd go about the repair, which in the end was done, without issue and produced a flawless result! Would not hesitate to go back or recommend. James.

After getting nowhere with finding someone who would perform PDR on my Tesla, Graham said simply “no problem”. Booked in almost a week later and two nasty dings pulled out, one supermarket ding on the door card and the other a crease on the back wheel arch caused by a car seat knocking the metalwork around the door.. Service was excellent, a couple of hours spent doing my work in his studio whilst my car was worked on. Believe he’s one of the very few who will work on EV’s and Tesla’s. I’d take an after photo, but there’s literally nothing to see.

Absolutely fantastic service from this company! I had an urgent dent repair job on a car due to go back at the end of a contract hire period. I spoke to the owner who fitted me in for the repair at really short notice. The job was completed while I waited and he even sorted out one or two other ‘bits & pieces’ that he found, at no extra cost. I cant recommend highly enough the service that Graham provides. I had a small shopping trolley "dink" on the near side back wheel arch. Previous attempts to find a repairer turned out fruitless as soon as I told them it was a Tesla, but not Graham. It took around 90 minutes for the repair to be fixed and the car looked as though it had never been hit. His workshop is spotless and the waiting area clean and relaxing, with coffee and large TV to pass the waiting time. It was well worth the early morning drive up to Leyland from North Wales and a pleasure to have met Graham.

Really good work done by Graham. He’s incredibly experienced and does a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Hopefully won’t need to come back, but if I do, he’ll be my first choice every time.

Just had some small dents removed on two cars by Graham. I’d visited his workshop for a quote and could see he tackled much bigger dents than the ones I had so felt confident he’d be able to repair mine. Booked a home slot a few weeks later. Texted to confirm the day before the appointment. Graham did a good job with various door, panel and a roof dent. Having cleaned and polished the cars since his visit there’s no trace of the dents. Would happy recommend him to use him again.

Was recommended this place through a nationwide Tesla social media group . I traveled over 200 miles from Cardiff to try him out and “Oh my God” . Professional service from start to finish . Initially obtained a swift reply through his instagram page with an exact quote and appointment to take it in . Upon arrival , very welcoming reception and full explanation to what was going to be done to remove the dent on my vehicle . I decided to pop into Preston City centre for a walk around and a spot of lunch . Few hours later I had a message stating the vehicle was ready for collection . Very impressed with the quality of the work and saved from the hassle of a respray of the panel. Couldn’t even find where the initial dent was located . On arrival we were met by a cheeky little chappy called Edison who offered us coffee and entertainment the waiting area was very comfortable with tea and biscuits provided and also a tv. Took car in after reversing into a large truck. Dent went in and out so was not a simple pull it out job. Local firms either would not touch it or said it’s a paint and filler job. Graham just sorted it and I cannot see any evidence of a dent at all. Highly recommended.

Took my car here to have a small dent pulled out from my door . Graham did a really good job on it well pleased with the out come .

Brought my car in to Graham for a couple of dents to be removed due to end of lease. Sent him pictures of them, quoted and then got booked in. 1 dent was alright but the other one was a bit hit and miss as to whether it would need painting but the work Graham carried out absolutely blew me away!
