What great communication from start to finish i was not sure if Graham would be able to fix the dent in the door as there was a bar restricting access were the dent was. After the work was finish Graham was very honest and said he had very limited access to the dent due to the bar in the door and it was not perfect I did not know what he was seeing but the door looked perfect to me even took photos to zoom in to see if there was any dents creases i saw none. I would definitely recommend Graham and he will be the first person i call to fix any dent in my car in the future top class service and saved me money as it was cheaper to go to him than a bodyshop.

Have been putting off getting a dent repaired for a long time now, due to being told from another firm that it wasn't possible and would need a body shop repair. Super service. Came highly recommended and delivered. Graham was brilliant to deal with from the initial enquiry to remove dents in a rear passenger door, accommodating the work before Christmas which was greatly appreciated. The work itself was amazing, would never guess that there was a dent there. Smaller point, but it was really handy being so close to the M6 and Leyland train station as well. Great repair from Dent Detail PDR. Easy referral online with a couple of photos for a quote, then booked in for the repair. On arrival at the workshop Graham talked me through the repair and in under an hour I was on my way with the car looking like it had just come out of the showroom. I contacted Graham after some kind sole opened a door to my Land Rover. The damage was in a very awkward place and on a crease line. Prior to that, I had contacted a few body shops. They told me it would be a full door respray at £500+. Graham said that he could fix this issue at the quoted price and within the timeframe, (couple of hours). After reviewing the social media and trust pilot reviews, I decided to take the 2-hour drive to go and see him. I am a professional working person and with the facilities he has, it allowed me to work from his unit. (I even got a personal heater along with a cup of tea and a biscuit!!) While I was working away, Graham was busy working on the dent. I have to say I am over the moon the dent is gone!! I have now added him to my black book of tradesmen, hoping that I don’t need to see him again anytime soon, but if I was to receive damage to my car, then I would go straight back to him to get it sorted!

I had been told I needed a new tailgate as my car back door was beyond repair. I was quoted £1900. I discovered Graham at Dent Detail. He said he could repair the damage almost completely and that is exactly what he did at a cost of £400+VAT.
