Graham is a miracle worker.

Having suffered the misfortune of a bicycle falling on my Porsche Cayman (the result of a DIY accident, rather than a collision), I was faced with the prospect of dealing with one severe dent and two smaller ones. I know a very good body shop (Road & Race Restorations) who quoted a fair, but not insignificant sum to rectify the damage. Such a sum would have necessitated an insurance claim, which I was reluctant to make, and they rather magnanimously recommended Graham at Dent Detail PDR at their go-to paintless dent removal guy.

Graham was kind enough to accommodate an assessment visit within just a couple of days, during which he expressed (and inspired) confidence in his ability to tackle the dents and confirmed that, if they could not be fixed, he would make no charge. We discussed and agreed what "fixed" would mean: imperceptible to a casual observer, but possibly a hint of a ripple in the metal if viewed from just the right angle in just the right light.

The car was duly delivered to Graham and he commenced his work, throughout which he was kind enough to supply regular written and photographic updates.

A day earlier than promised, he called to say that it was ready. As one can probably see in the photos and I attest is the case in person, there is no '"ripple" or any other evidence of the dent whatsoever. It has been, to my eye, even when looking carefully, COMPLETELY fixed.

Graham's price was fair and still not an inexpensive day out for me, but it was still approximately an order of magnitude less than the full body shop experience would have cost. I can recommend his services to those in need without hesitation or qualification.

Fantastic service!! Came back to my car and gutted to find a nice door crease...After finding great Google reviews contacted PDR via WhatsApp. Graham got back to me straight away and squeezed me in the same day.

Seeing the result of Graham’s work, you can see why he gets the reviews that he does. I had a small dent that was in a tricky spot and Graham’s repair on it was flawless. He also has an eye for detail - he spotted another minor dent and repaired that too, also perfectly! The workshop is definitely worth a mention - really clean and a great waiting room upstairs. I hope I won’t need to use Graham again but I wouldn’t hesitate if I needed to!

I contacted Dent Detail PDR regarding a small dent at the rear of my car. The response was quick, explaining what work would be required and how it would be carried out, and of course the cost.
I had to change to my appointment but that was not a problem.

I elected to visit the premises for the work to be done.
Even had a reminder the day before as it was an early appointment.

What an amazing place!
The workshop is immaculate, Graham was welcoming, reiterating the work required and how he would undertake it.
He showed me the waiting area upstairs, everything you need, a comfy seat, hot and cold drinks, biscuits, magazines, tv.

I am very pleased with the end product, a highly professional service, Graham takes a lot of pride in his work and it certainly shows.
I have no hesitation in recommending Dent Detail PDR.

Got recommended Graham by a couple of friends in the car world so I made initial contact via social media. Response was instant and I was booked in that week to have my 30 year old car looked at and quoted.

The doors were a lot worse then expected and Graham quoted a very reasonable price for the work and as it turns out ended up going above and beyond and doing more repairs then was quoted for to get the car looking it’s absolute best!

The studio is very professional and the waiting area upstairs is a fantastic space and made it ideal for working from the studio while the repairs were undertaken.

Graham also talked me through the process and different techniques and the pros and cons of each on old paint work.

All in all a fantastic service by a very talented and knowledgeable guy and I would not hesitate to recommend his work to anyone on any vehicle

Simply stunning result to completely remove a door ‘ding’ that had kindly been left for me when my Tesla was parked. Completely removed as though never there. Much cheaper than spraying and no paint blending etc required. Friendly and efficient service from Graham who knows how to do the job on this make of car. Fully recommend.

Excellent service at a fair price. I had a scratch and a very large dent in my rear door and several other dent repairers had said it required a body shop repair. Graham took a detailed look at the dent and was honest about what might be possible. I'd like to join all happy car owners who have had their cars repaired by Dent Detail. I had multiple dents on one side of my car, some of them involved body line. Graham did a great work on my car, he was professional and friendly. He did more than he said he would, as he even corrected a very poor attempt of repair by a smart repair company which left my body paint in a total mess. He polished it all out. He has a great ( and clean!) studio where you can comfortably wait whilst he takes care of your car. Also ,it's worth to mention, that he charges a genuine price for his work. Fantastic service and communication. Despite Graham having to perform extra work on the car , he did not charge any extra than quoted and was happy for me to use his comfortable waiting room throughout the day to work.

A really great job and the car looks like new. He was also a much better price than others.

Great to meet Graham today. I’d just bought a new car and found 3 little door dents about a week later. I was gutted and couldn’t get out of my head so I searched on Google and found Graham. What a relief.
I spoke to him and book him to visit me and sort my car out. Great price and he communicated well and text what time he would arrive. Very professional and has all the tools needed to sort any dent. He was very careful, conscientious and meticulous. And as he promised the dents had completely vanished.

Some nice person banged my car door at the supermarket. Researched dent detail looked at some pictures of his work decided to take my car here. Graham did an amazing job in a little over an hour. Both dents completely gone as good as new. Would highly recommend if I ever need it again he will be the 1st place I call. Top job.

Horrible little dent in the rear three quarter panel of my Porsche Boxster. Graham snuck in through the air intakes and now it’s like it was never there. Highly recommend.

Graham is a master of his craft! From the very first message I sent out his was responding even on a Sunday within the hour. Updates regarding my trip to him were regular, even on the morning of going to him he was warning me of flooding in his area.
Graham has a top class facility where he works on your car and a good, clean waiting area for you to use while you wait.
Graham is an absolute wizard and what he does, he worked on my wife's new car that unfortunately got dinging in the door by a van door during the high winds. Graham sorted the ding in the door within a couple of hours of me being there. A top quality job by a really nice, conscientious guy, cannot recommend him highly enough.

The damage on my BMW was extensive, the roof of the car was vandalised outside of my house. I took a 6 mile journey to go see Graham after reading all the positive reviews online. My experience was outstanding I could not have got a better person to take this big job on. Graham was clear as to what could be achieved given the nature of the damage. Graham spent just over a week on my car which was agreed beforehand he regularly sent me updates on what’s app whilst showing me video clips of the progress being made. This kind of service cannot be found elsewhere. The level of attention to detail is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Dent Detail PDR. The 5 star rating is well deserved.
