Can you fix a dent in every area of my car? Dents can be fixed in MOST areas of a vehicle. Door dings, of course, are the most common type of dent. Hood, roofs, fenders, quarter panels, and doglegs, these areas are mostly repaired by gaining access behind the panel. To gain access to these areas we will remove moldings, lights, fender liners, or anything else that we need to gain access to the damaged area of your favorite car!

Roof rails, the area between the roof and your windows/doors are repairable with a different kind of repair method that we call glue pulling. We change the shape of the metal by using glue to reverse the damage and make the metal high instead of low. After it is high we flatten it out by what we call blending. Blending is done with a special hammer and knockdown. When we do not have access to the back of the panel, use glue. There is also a special machine that we can use that uses heat to bring the dent up, but we still have to shape it back down.

Can you fix a dent with paint damage? Paint damage is on a case-by-case basis. In a perfect would your paint would not have cracked or chipped with your dent. When we fix a dent we work off the reflection of the car. Once the paint the damaged it makes it very difficult to repair the dent in the vehicle. Paint damage can also cause rust further along in the life of the vehicle. Rust can overtake a panel and spreads like cancer. If your car has paint damage swing your vehicle by and let us look at the work that needs to be done, if you need to go to a full-service body shop, we can give you some great recommendations.

Is my dent a good candidate for Paintless Dent Removal? We can fix most dents when there is no paint damage, access, and the panel is not damaged where it will be compromised in an additional accident. The best way for us to determine this is to come in for an estimate.

How do I get an estimate? Two ways!. You can email us photos, and we can give you an educated guess/estimate via those photos. The best-case scenario is that you come into the shop and we take a look at your dent in person. We would love to walk you through the repair process and show you what it takes to do Paintless Dent Removal on your car.
